Look at this simple, but elegant project done by Lea. Her use of colors are amazing and reminds me of a cold winter night, where wild animals dominate. We are getting a sneak peek into the love these polar bears share with each other.
This project is fun and easy to do. Make a ton of cards or work on tan or white paper mache for different results. The tan mutes the color of the Shimmerz but it still shines with its pearlized reflection. Stamp the polar bear image on card stock. Immediately cover with copper embossing powder and heat with heat tool until the powder turns shiny. Let set a minute. Shade areas of the image with Shimmerz. For the background, Lea used the caramel and marigold, plus the lilac with sugar plum on top. For the bear and dip in the snow, blueberry cobbler was used. Play with these paints to achieve the look you want. They flow easily letting one blend colors, with a soft, shimmery look.
