Look at this sweet and sassy little girl! This cute Valentine's Layout comes to us from Peggy. I love how she has used bright colors and then balanced them with black to make the words stand out from the rest of the page! This is a classic technique that ties together the black background of the photo with the title and the journaling.
To get this look Peggy started with a brightly colored sheet of card stock. Then, using the new Love Struck Cricut Cartridge, she cut out the different elements for her page, including the title, large background heart and flourish. All that was left was to layer the individual elements to create a fun, balanced page that would make the perfect addition to any scrapbook. My favorite element is the large black flourish that Peggy has positioned to swirl out of the bottom of her pic. It makes it look as though the picture is spreading out to claim the page as a whole!
