Isn't this such a cute image. Did you know that Cutters Creek now carries Magnolia stamps . For my card I used a Magnolia stamp, Spellbinder Nestabilities-
circle, scalloped circle, and labels 4, stickles on her wings, and dew drops on
the bubbles. Tilda is colored with Copic markers of course.
