This year is going by fast. It is the time for Graduations, Summer breaks and Father's Day.  I needed to make a graduation card for my mom's boss, she got her Doctoral in Education. Here is what I used:

I started out with white card stock 9x6 1/4, then from each end scored in 2-1/4 using my Scor Buddy, the inside middle the black is 4 1/4x 6 and white is 4 1/8 x 5 3/4,. The side panels on the inside and outside 2 1/4 x 6. The band on the outside is 12 x 1, scallop punch, and embossed the saying and embossed congratulations on the white card inside. Please stop by the store to find these items I used as well as other great items. Have any questions please ask KIM and she will be more then happy to help you. Thank for stopping by come back tomorrow when I show you my Father's Day card and tie box I made using my Silhouette Cameo.

Easter Card by Michele

Do you have lots of paper pieces and do not know what to do with them. Well I keep all my paper pieces, so when I need to do a project I am not always buying new sheets of paper. This is what I came up with.

Here is a card I made. I used a A2 card (4.25 x 5.5). I used paper from my stash that had some Easter items on it but it was not the size I needed. So I took some green card stock and did a two- tone layer. The green card stock was about 2 inches and the Easter paper was about 3 inches. I over layed the paper.

The saying is from a stamp I had in my stash. The basket, eggs, and flowers are from a die cut, I'm not sure which one it was, in my stash.  I used sticky thumb adhesive by Lifestyle Crafts, this is one I got from the adhesive club(Ask Kim about our monthly clubs). The bunny is a digital stamp I got online as a freebie from a company. I used brown fun flock for his tail and I used colored pencils to color him. I used pop up dots on him and the saying.  I am sure with all your scrap pieces you can make something wonderful. Please stop by the store for some of the items I used on this card, and can't find it just ask Kim and she will help you.

A Shirt Box for Dad

Since Father's Day is about a week away,  I decided to make something different than a card. I made a shirt box for my dad. The products I used were from my stash at home.

I made this by using the Cricut cartridge Tags, Bags, Boxes and more 2.  I used some white card stock as my base.
Next, for the tie and pocket I used paper from a 6x6 paper pad Little Sport by Heidi Larsen.  Then I used a black pen and made lines all around the shirt.   The box is small (2x2 1/4) , so I put in some wrapped candy that he likes. So, I hope liked my little shirt box as a small gift for Father's Day.
(a closer look at the detail )

Please visit the store for many wonderful items.  Just ask Kim if she can get the Cricut cartridge, the paper pad, or any item you are looking for.

Michele's Card

Hello ,
Today is my day to present to you a father's day card I made.  The card base is white card stock 4 1/4 x 5 1/2". Then with some blue cardstock I embossed it with Tim Holtzs Alterations texture fades Retro Cirque Set- Carnivale.  Next I added a simple saying #1 Dad and I cut that out from the Cricut using "Celebrate with Flourish". This cartridge had a lot of saying for all the seasons and holidays.  I used 2 different colors of brown and then glued together and used pop up dots.  I had some ribbon that is brown in the middle and outline in blue.  All of the items I used was some of the stash I already had at home.
If you have seen anything you like from my card please visit the store. The store has lots of items for you and if you do not see something please ask KIM and she will try to get it for you.

Michele's Father's Day Card

Hello

This week I decided to make a Father's Day Card since it is about 1 month away.  First I started with a white card base and with brown cardstock  I embossed using Tim Holtz Alterations Texture Fades-Harlequin- ask Kim she may be able to order if not in the store. Here is what it looks like after I embossed it.
Next, I added some We R Memory Keepers twine- yellow, around the brown cardstock before taping it down to the white cardstock.  Then I cut out some strips of card stock I had in my stash in two different color plaids.  For the center I used Spellbinders Labels Twenty-Two, cut it out in white card stock and with a stamp I had stamped Happy Father's Day dad. I added pop up dots to give it some dimension.
Hope you enjoyed this.  If you see anything here that I have used please visit the store here and if you do not see something just ask Kim she might be able to get it for you.

Graduation Card by Michele

Hello,
I wanted to share with you  2 graduation cards I made for a co-worker.  The first card I made was with some black card and a graduation paper I found in my stash.  The card is 9x6, and at the end I scored it in at 2 1/4 on both sides.
I added my graduation paper on the flaps.  To close it I added a band that is 1 1/2 wide and you can adjust the length.  I used a die-cut from Spellbinders Lacey Ovals
A closer look

From my collection of stamps, I stamped congrats grad! and then I embossed it in WOW! embossing powder-Primary Ebony.  Then I add some bling.  The inside of the card I added a piece of white card stock and stamped congratulations

I also made another graduation card.  The size is 5x7 and the base is white and found some orange color paper and another graduation paper I had at home.  I just did half and half of each paper and in the middle I added some white ribbon.

The saying I printed out from my computer and then added pop up dots.  The hat(a stamp I had in my stash) I cut out and added some Diamond Stickles. The inside I stamped congratulations.

Hope you like the cards.  If you like anything I did and would like to order some items please contact Kim she will be able to help you get the items you want and check out the store for more amazing items.  Thanks for stopping by to check out my card

Mother's Day Card by Michele

Hello,  For my project this week I decided to make a Mother’s Day card, but instead of a traditional card I made it like a post card.  For the base I used white card stock (4 X 6) and embossed the yellow top layer using the Sizzix Butterflies and Flowers Sizzix embossing folders. (Check with Kim to see if she can order these for you)Next I cut out some scallop circles (I used Spellbinders Classic Scalloped Circles Small-S4-125- the smallest one, check with Kim to see if she can order these for you)the paper I used for the circles were from ECHO PARK-HAPPYDAYS and other pattern paper I had .I just layered the circle to form a bunch of flowers together , and used pop up dots to give it a 3D look and for the stem some baker’s twine from We R Memory Keepers-green and the bow was red.

On the back I typed out a little saying.

Hope you enjoyed this card and that all have a great Mother’s Day.
